the staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. the neighborhood is cool, with excellent restaurants and other tourist attractions. The attentive assistance provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

I have never stayed at a hotel like this. The rooms looked like a small dirty apartment. Also they pushed two beds together to make a king bed and the sheets didnt fit the matress. The matress was exposed because the sheet was for a small bed. The air condition was an old box conditioner that was super loud! The toilet seat was a cushion plastic seat yuk!!! I have never written a bad comment because I too am a hotel owner but this was beyond gross!!!!

The elevator was broken, internet was too expensive, there were cockroaches in my room. My laundry disappeared for two days.

Perfect Location, Great Food

During my city trip, I found the hotel to be in a perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach and some convenience stores. The food was great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast since it was diverse and tempting. Another advantage of the hotel was the cleanliness of the facilities.

The worst aspect of the hotel was the poor performance of the staff. They were not informative, unfriendly, and were not helpful.

The attention given by the staff at Onda Mar was really good. They were very attentive and were great too assist us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near a beautiful beach, shopping center, and the airport. the hotel offers a good breakfast and some rooms have nice views. According to some guests, the staff was attentive.
